Request access
Send us a short note – we reply with download links, QR tokens and preparation tips.

Install the app
Install via TestFlight or the Google Play beta channel. Login happens through the invitation email.

Activate your ticket
Open the QR view inside the app, a terminal or guide scans it and validates the session.

Explore & revisit
Audio, copy and media stay available after the tour so memories can be revisited.

Who can access the app today?
Currently guided tours, project partners and selected journalists receive the beta link so we can iterate closely.
Do I need mobile data on site?
Only for the very first download. After that the guide runs offline; the QR scan at the terminal starts the session.
How secure is the QR process?
Tokens expire automatically, can be revoked remotely and each scan is logged within the dashboard.
Which languages are included?
German, English, Italian and Dutch – the same set as on our website.
